ULI Fellow Maureen McAvey to Present What’s Next? Real Estate in the New Economy at the 26th Annual UM/ULI Real Estate Forum

Maureen McAvey, Senior Resident Fellow at the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Washington, D.C., is the co-author of “What’s Next? Real Estate in the New Economy”, and has led several special projects around demographics and future urban development, specifically highlighting the potential solutions and best practices in infrastructure development and finance.

“What’s Next? Real Estate in the New Economy” challenges readers to reframe the future of the real estate marketplace, and to engage in an interdisciplinary dialogue about how today’s market connects us to the land use outcomes of tomorrow.  The “What’s Next?” presentation and the complimentary copy of the publication, which will be provided to attendees of the 2012 Real Estate Forum, will surely be of interest to real estate development professionals, consultants, academics, and local officials alike.
