ULI Emerging Trends–The Future of Mobility to be held on November 6th, 2018

The Urban Land Institute Michigan will host the Annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate event on Tuesday November 6th, 2018 at the Benson & Edith Ford Conference Center in Detroit. The event will start at 8:00 AM and will end at 1:15 PM.

The ULI Emerging Trends event is based on the Annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate report from the Urban Land Institute. The event provides an outlook on real estate investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas, and other real estate issues.

Each year ULI Michigan chooses one trend to highlight that is important locally and will feature not only a national speaker but also local speakers and panels. This year, we are taking a deeper dive into the future of mobility and its’ impact on the built environment. The intention is to give members insight into how trends affect local markets and investments and to describe the impact of social and political trends on real estate.
