TAP Projects

The Technical Assistance Panel (TAP)  is modeled after the The Urban Land Institute Technical Assistance Program (TAP) process and is an integral component of leadership development in Larson Center for Leadership.

As part of Larson Center for Leadership, each graduating cohort must complete a TAP component. Larson Leaders are placed into subgroups concentrated on a specific section of the TAP (topics will vary based on scope of project). Participants of the Larson Center for Leadership program have researched and analyzed their area of focus, conducted due diligence, sought additional input from stakeholders and/or industry experts, summarized their findings and developed final recommendations. Each subgroup was responsible for reporting their recommendations, which were compiled into the final TAP report. View past “leadership lessons” with graduated cohort TAPs below:
