TIME: 5pm - 6:15pm (SGT)

Getting the Workplace of the Future Right (Oct 22)
What's the secret sauce behind boosting collaboration, productivity and engagement at the workplace? Enterprises have been going all in on redesigning the office, with natural lighting, nap pods and ellipticals in the break room in the hopes of attracting A-players and improving retention. But there's more to it than just breaking down walls and installing skylights. In this session, we dig deep into the unforeseen downsides and unrealised benefits from their investments, and discover ways to approach a remodelling project for optimum results.
Moderator: Jaelle Ang, The Great Room
Panelists:
Cheng Hsing Yao, GuocoLand
Tracy Lee, McKinsey & Company
Joyce Wang, Joyce Wang Studio

The Great Return - the next set of workforce challenges (Oct 27)
Getting ready for The Great Return after the global workforce abruptly pivoted to remote working brings with it a new set of challenges. As we engage in the recovery phase, organisations are implementing a range of interventions that could transform how people work. What does this mean for the workforce moving forward and how will these mediations impact real estate owners, commercial real estate reps and the office industry?
Moderator: Su Anne Mi, The Great Room
Erwin Chong, DBS
Katerina Giannouka, Radisson Hotel Group
Terence Seah, Benoy

Designing the Future of Workplace for Wellbeing (Oct 29)
Employee well-being is a top priority today, largely because of the opinion that it supports organisational performance. Yet many workplace wellness programmes are missing significant pieces of the well-being puzzle, with 80 percent of organisations viewing worker well-being as the key to success, but only 12 percent saying they are ready to address this issue. What can organisations do to design enterprise-proven mindfulness to drive efficiency and performance at the workplace?
Moderator: David Calkins, Gensler

Chew Peet Mun, CapitaLand Singapore
Bill Lee, Gaw Capital Partners
