Having studied and practiced in Singapore and London, Terence has led significant projects across a diverse portfolio in China, South East Asia and the UK. Skilled at delivering masterplanning, mixed-use developments to smaller-scale retail and residential developments, Terence has acquired valuable insight across multiple sectors. Applying his expertise to integrated resorts, masterplanning, commercial, retail, hospitality, residential and mixed-use projects, Terence’s work includes Jewel Changi in Singapore, encompassing interior design, retail and aviation facilities; Raffles City, Shenzhen, China, a leading mixed-use development including retail, offices, residences, and a SOHO tower; David Jones, Sydney, in the redevelopment of its flagship Elizabeth Street, 12-floor department store; and the Al Bujairi masterplan and placemaking project in Riyadh, KSA, a lifestyle precinct of the gateway to the UNESCO heritage site.

Tracy Lee is an associate partner at McKinsey’s Singapore office. Having joined McKinsey in 2012, she is a leader of the firm’s client service in real estate, infrastructure, cities, and economic development, spanning the public, private and social sectors. Her recent work includes forming end-to-end greenfield city development strategies, with a focus on livability; and advising on partnership strategies for large-scale real estate developments. Mr Cheng Hsing Yao is Group Managing Director of GuocoLand Singapore (GuocoLand), the country head of the Singapore business of GuocoLand Limited, which is listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange. GuocoLand is a premier developer of luxury developments such as Leedon Residence, Goodwood Residence and Martin Modern, with a proven track record of building and managing integrated developments such as Guoco Tower – Singapore’s tallest building – and the upcoming Guoco Midtown. He is also a Director of Eco World International, a developer with key investments in London and Australia. Prior to joining GuocoLand, he was with the Singapore public service. There, he held leadership positions at the Centre for Liveable Cities and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), and was involved in projects like the Marina Bay and the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City. Hsing Yao was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2006. Currently, Hsing Yao is the 1st Vice-President of the Real Estate Developer’s Association of Singapore (REDAS). He is also a board member of National Parks Board and a member of URA’s Design Advisory Committee as well as Heritage and Identity Partnership. In addition, Hsing Yao is an executive committee member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Singapore and serves as Co-Chair of ULI’s Integrated Development Council. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Newcastle University, United Kingdom and a Master in Design Studies from Harvard University.

With more than 20 years of experience, Erwin Chong heads the Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Administration team in DBS Bank, managing over 4.1M sq ft of retail branches, electronic banking lobbies, and offices globally. His past experiences include leading regional CRE teams in Citibank, and has a background of global expertise across all CRE key functions, spanning across client occupier services and consultancy roles. He was the first from a Singapore company to serve on the Board of CoreNet Global between 2017 and 2020, the leading global association for the corporate real estate profession after a term of appointment as the Chair of the Corenet Global Singapore Chapter in 2016. In DBS’ transformation journey to achieve Global Finance’s Best Bank in the World 2018 and The Banker’s Global Bank of the Year 2018, Erwin led his regional team to re-think the role of spaces and its impact on customers and employees. This resulted in unconventional designs for retail branches, and a workplace transformation programme called Joyspace, which revolutionised close to 500,000 square feet of office spaces in Singapore, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Dubai; changing the way employees work and behave in spaces. Marking another first, Erwin pioneered the installation of 1,200 solar panels in DBS – the largest of its kind amongst any Singapore banks in 2017 – tying in with DBS’s commitment to RE100; a global renewable initiative in which DBS is the first Asian bank and first Singapore company to get onboard. Peet Mun leads the Investment and Portfolio Management team at CCTML and is concurrently Managing Director, Commercial for CapitaLand Singapore (Business Park and Commercial). Peet Mun has been with CCTML since March 2008. Peet Mun’s experience in finance and real estate spans over 15 years. Prior to CCTML, Peet Mun was Vice President of CapitaLand Financial Services Limited where he helped establish and manage various CapitaLandsponsored private funds and real estate investment trusts in Singapore and Malaysia. As a real estate executive leader, Bill possesses over 20 years of achievements in real estate development and finance, project development and execution, acquisitions, campus planning and engineering in both public sector and major real estate development companies. He directly managed highly visible and key development projects involving complex equity groups and financing in the 11 major markets in the US as well as implementing strategies for development operations internationally. Bill’s industry focus has been with “city-like” development projects. Bill holds a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard University. Katerina Giannouka a member of Radisson Hotel Group’s (“RHG”) Executive Leadership Committee and head of the Asia Pacific region. Jaelle Ang is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Great Room, a flexible workspace operator launched in 2016. Prior to founding The Great Room, Jaelle was the Head of Real Estate Development at SET-listed Country Group Development Public Company Limited in Thailand driving the development of one of the largest mixed-use developments in Bangkok, consisting of the Four Seasons Hotel, Four Seasons Residences and Capella Hotel. As an ex-banker from Citibank and Credit Suisse, she has experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions covering emerging markets in Asia. She is currently serving on the board of Country Group Development PCL and United Hampshire REIT as the only female director as well as the registered charity, Playeum. Selected for her accomplishments and vision, Jaelle is on the Forbes Asia’s Power Businesswomen list for defying stereotypes and breaking down barriers in the industry. Anthony Couse is Chief Executive Officer of JLL Asia Pacific, a leading professional services firm that specialises in real estate and investment management. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for the company’s overall operations in 16 countries and a regional workforce of more than 42,000. Anthony is a member of JLL’s Global Executive Board.
