Please join us for the fifth ULI Michigan Annual Meeting on October 6th. ULI will be celebrating the last year of ULI programming and accomplishments. This year’s Annual Meeting will include special guests from Ford Motor Company and Cavnue to share updates on the ambitious Michigan Central Station redevelopment in Corktown and the newly announced Detroit-to-Ann Arbor mobility corridor.
Registration is required to receive virtual meeting information.
For our Annual Meeting, we are pleased to be joined by no other than Mary Culler, President, Ford Motor Company Fund; Chief of Staff, Office of the Executive Chairman; and Development Director, Ford’s Michigan Central Station redevelopment. Mary will be sharing the automaker’s original vision for a future of mobility hub in Corktown, which included a connected corridor from Detroit-to-Ann Arbor and an open platform for partnership, and why this is important in paving the way for new urban transportation solutions and smart infrastructure that will benefit everyone. She’ll also provide updates on the restoration of the train station and plans to build out a mobility innovation district that will become part of the fabric of Detroit’s oldest neighborhood.

ULI Michigan is also excited to be joined by former City of Detroit, Chief of Mobility Innovation, Mark de la Vergne, currently Michigan Director at Cavnue. Cavnue is a subsidiary of Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (SIP) and was selected by the State of Michigan to serve as Master Developer for Phase 1 of the corridor project, in a co-creation process with the Michigan Department of Transportation and other key stakeholders, including Ford. Mark will present a deep dive of the infrastructure and technology needed to complete this monumental development.

Our Annual Meeting is a Member only event, do not miss your opportunity to hear from mobility leaders and sign up to be a ULI Michigan member today!
