Leadership Insights: Gregory McDuffee, Detroit-Wayne Joint Building Authority

Gregg McDuffee became the Executive Director of the Detroit-Wayne Joint Building Authority in 2005 after serving for three years as an Authority Commissioner and its Treasurer. The Authority owns and operates Detroit’s 745,000 square foot Coleman A. Young Municipal Center. The Larson Center for Leadership, ULI Michigan’s first-ever formal curriculum program, officially kicked-off with its first program day on Tuesday, October 23, 2012. The first day of programs took place at the Detroit Institute of Arts, and was sponsored, planned, and executed by Business Leaders for Michigan. The focus of Day 1 was “Michigan in Context”.
