John Petz, co-chair of the Urban Land Institute Michigan Programs Committee, gives Bridge readers a look into ULI’s Larson Center for Leadership’s, Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) and the Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation’s partnership with the Michigan District Council of the Urban Land Institute, to create a series of recommendations and achievable solutions. The result of the nearly six-month process was a report entitled Grandmont Rosedale, Detroit: Creating Density through Housing and Retail Diversification. Petz outlines the series of strategies that were made to maximize the full potential of the community.
