Public-Private Partnership Forum
Registration is now open for the 7th Annual Public-Private Partnership Forum, taking place Thursday, May 26, 2016, at the University Club of Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan.
ULI Michigan’s annual Public-Private Partnership (P3) Forum brings together individuals from both the public and private sectors to discuss how both sides can mutually benefit through collaboration, policy, and practice. The event intertwines elements of education, deal-making, best practices, and networking, to showcase the benefits of Public-Private Partnerships.
At this unique event, attendees have the opportunity to expand their knowledge of best practices in Public-Private Partnerships through panel discussions, participate in expert led roundtable discussions, and explore specific topic areas. Past P3 Forums have touched on topics such as Incentives, Landbanks, Finance, Entitlement, Foundations, and the meaning of Redevelopment Ready.
The P3 Forum also features the Metro Marketplace where exhibitors from non-profit development organizations, communities, and local governments can market their property listings, development plans, incentives and services to developers and financiers, and the private sector can showcase their services to the public sector community.
