In The News: A Detroit Neighborhood, and a Blueprint for the Future

John Petz, co-chair of the Urban Land Institute Michigan Programs Committee, gives Bridge readers a look into ULI’s Larson Center for Leadership’s, Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) and the Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation’s partnership with the Michigan District Council of the Urban Land Institute, to create a series of recommendations and achievable solutions.
