Announcing the 2014 Michigan Emerging Trends in Real Estate Report

Beginning in 2013, ULI Michigan and the UM/ULI Real Estate Forum have collaborated to produce the Michigan Emerging Trends report, a localized version of the national Emerging Trends report issued annually by the Urban Land Institute. The objective of this report is to supplement the annual National ULI Emerging Trends Report by focusing on local real estate markets in Michigan. Richard Baron of McCormack Baron Salazar to Keynote the 28th Annual UM/ULI Real Estate Forum.

Richard Baron, Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of McCormack Baron Salazar, will keynote the 28th Annual UM/ULI Real Estate Forum on November 19, 2014. A native of Detroit, Richard Baron graduated from Oberlin College in the 1960s and worked as a student teacher in an impoverished east-side neighborhood of Cleveland volunteering in newly formed Freedom Schools serving poor African American neighborhoods.
