ULI to Host National Public/Private Partnership Conference in Detroit

The Urban Land Institute will host its first-ever national conference in Detroit this summer. The ULI Public/Private Partnership Conference will take place June 25-26, 2014, at the Westin Book Cadillac in downtown Detroit and will focus on why public/private partnerships are so critical to successful development today. Gregg McDuffee and Michael Kennedy Receive Regional TOBY Award for Management of Coleman A. Young Municipal Center

Incoming ULI Michigan Chair Gregory McDuffee, Executive Director, Detroit-Wayne Joint Building Authority, and 2013 Larson Leader Michael Kennedy, Property Manager, Hines, are the 2013-2014 recipients of The Outstanding Building of the Year Award (TOBY) in the Historical Building Category, recognizing their excellence in the ownership/management of the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center.
